Not that he’s not busy enough manning the distinctive violin parts for Kansas presently (and singing and playing guitar), the band enjoying and having expanded their 50th Anniversary Tour, Joe Deninzon is managing to play shows with his own band Stratospheerius next week, in our area.

As Mr. D. told me (see the interview I placed on this blog, with him, yesterday: Interview with Joe Deninzon – FU I’m from Jersey (fuimfromjersey.com)) while Kansas is his main gig, thrilled as he is that it is so, he does get out and about on days off to perform with Stratospheerius and even stepping on stage with others, which he will do at ProgStock, coming up on the weekend of Oct. 8-9th, in Rutherford, at the William Carlos Williams Center (see here)
